Everyone is different. So to give you an idea of what my support could look like, here are my three wedding planning service packages:
1. All-inclusive package:
The all-inclusive package includes the complete planning, control and execution of your event.
Thus, I am available to you from the very beginning and take care of everything. Based on your ideas and imagination, I will create your individual concept and propose to you accordingly all suitable service providers. From the location and catering to stationery, decoration, floristry, photo and videographer, live band or DJ to the organization on the day of the wedding. Of course, as a planner, I see it as my task to advise you and help you, within your budget, to find the right service providers for you.
Furthermore, I create your big day’s schedule, which leaves no gaps and make sure that on the day of your wedding a smooth flow is guaranteed.
In addition, if necessary, I am available for your guest management and am also happy to align with friends or relatives who are to play a role in your wedding.
As you know, every wedding is different and every bride and groom has different wishes. In a personal conversation, we’ll discover together how exactly I can support you. My all-inclusive package starts at a minimum fee of 6.600,00 €.
2. Partial Planning
You plan your wedding yourself, but would like some extra help along the way? With this package you have the opportunity to reach out to me at any time.
That means you can involve me in your planning, as much as you want. My experience and tips are there to help you stay on track and find the right service partners for you.
I will help you with the preparation of your big day’s schedule and give you recommendations on how your big day will be an unforgettable experience.
I offer the partial planning for a flat rate of € 1,895.00. It includes the possibility to book me for your wedding planning as a button in the ear.
3. Master of Ceremonies
On the day of your wedding, I stand by your side so that you can experience a carefree celebration with all your loved ones. I coordinate all the service providers you book and make sure everyone knows when and where they should be. I am a local contact person, should any questions arise.
With a perfectly planned schedule on the big day, I personally ensure that your wedding will be a carefree event for you.
In combination with a partial planning package, you can book the Master of Ceremonies. You get 10 hours on the spot I estimate with 1.600,00 €.
